With over 17 years of experience, Dr. Fazela Hozefa blends physiotherapy, ergonomics, and mind-body practices to promote lasting wellness. As a Certified Office Ergonomic Specialist, she helps organizations create healthier, more productive workplaces through posture awareness and behavior change. Her holistic programs integrate movement, mindfulness, and sound meditation to restore balance, reduce stress, and simplify wellness for modern living.

Dr. Rasheeda Lodhger

PhD in biomedical sciences | Reps certified level 2 fitness coach | Rehab specialist | Pre/postnatal coach

Co-owner of MindBodyTherapy, her dream company is where science meets fitness! With a BSc, MSc in chemistry, and a PhD in biomedical sciences, she transitioned her passion for wellness into a career in 2020 as a UAE Reps-certified Level 3 fitness coach and pre and postnatal specialist. At MindBody Therapy, she merges heracademic expertise with innovative exercise techniques to help clients manage chronic conditions, restore balance, and achieve peak physical and mental health.
