MBT provides personal wellness coaching, fitness training, pre/postnatal coaching, mindset and lifestyle coaching, and corporate wellness programs. All services are delivered by qualified professionals, including Dr. Rasheeda Lodhger and Dr. Fazela Hozefa.

5. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments: Discovery calls and sessions are subject to availability.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of the booked session.
